BANKS
Normal business hours are 8.30am to 2.30pm Monday to
Friday the nearest being Deutsche Bank (cash machine
24 hours) on this side of the main road just past the Robin
Hood pub, there are two more the Banco Andalucia
and Banco Atlantico in Benavista directly opposite
on the other side of the road, accessible by the footbridge.
SUPERMARKETS
These are normally open 9.am to 9.pm sometimes later in
the summer the nearest are Spar and Iceland
both located in Benavista, there is a Super sol
supermarket about 1km further along the main road towards
Estepona just next to the petrol station, you will
also find a good selection of food etc. at most petrol stations.
Fresh bread can be bought at Bar Amara shop just past
the Deutsch Bank.
CHEMIST
The nearest chemist is in the same block as the Banco
Andalucia and Banco Atlantico on the other side
of the main road, identified by the green cross outside.
BAR / RESTAURANTS
The nearest being the Robin
Hood pub designed as a typical English pub with a large
garden, serving food from about 6.30pm Mon-Sat and on Sunday
for traditional roast dinners from about 12 noon until 4pm.
Pool and full sized snooker
tables also available.
Grumbles
bar restaurant can be found in Benavista serving traditional
English breakfast's, snacks in the afternoon and good wholesome
food in the evening and renown for it’s Sunday dinners served
from 6 30pm, Karaoke Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday until
3 am.
Los
Arcos Bar
Cocktail bar located just the other side of the
footbridge in Benavista open until the last customer
leaves, offering a range of cocktails suitable for adults
and children.
Rooftops Sporting bar
with multi screen T.V. showing all major sporting events,
pool tables, look for the illuminated signs in Benavista.
Bernies
for a warm friendly welcome serving drinks and snacks,
T.V. and quiz night, opposite Rooftops.
RESTAURANTS
Steak
and Ribshack for some of the best steaks in the area,
booking advisable, on the beach side of the main road just
past the footbridge.
Their
is also Beauvilliers serving French cuisine, booking again
is advisable and is located near
to the De Medici Italian restaurant you cannot miss the
large green illuminated signs.
Other restaurants available like Indian, Thai restaurants,
Chinese, Fish and Chip shop, Spanish and Italian restaurants.
